Set-up and operate a Tool Inspection Lab for a new plant site, ISO 9000 certified.

Planned and selected inspection equipment needed for a separate Medtronic Energy Component Center.

Installed equipment including OGP Video smart scope CMM, surface gannet plate 2000#, Hardness Tester

Ensured all gages used to inspect are within Calibration Standards. Ensure all material used was traceable.

Worked with marked-up prints or sketches inspect parts, electronically recorded and stored inspection results. Corrected the print and worked with design to get prints to meet FDA and ISO 11485 standards.
