Ensure products and processes are in compliance with Customer specific requirements

Working to continuous improvement with product team to reduce internal and external quality issues. (Increased 25%of total production by setting up the furnace parameters with the help of Iron-carbon diagram, thermal conductivity of steel and chemical composition, reduced corrosion problem by adjusting the furnace atmosphere with proper air, natural gas and endo gas ratio)

Inspect the parts during receiving, heat treating, tumbling, washing, coating and shipping process for any damaged or deformed condition.

Program the furnace software for to get the desired property according to customers requirement.(i.e. Furnace temperature/atmosphere, Salt bath temperature, belt speed in austempering furnace, ).

Perform metallography and Conduct microstructure investigation of different heat treated materials and measure case depth and decarburization.

Perform daily, weekly and monthly verification of Hardness testing machine, microscope, Gas analyzer, furnace thermocouples and furnace atmosphere.

Find the solutions to problems by discussing with quality manager and other staff;

Assisting quality manager in preparing PPAP, PFMEA, CQI-9 audit, SPC, Control Plan, Flow Chart, 8D, customer complaints and other inspection documents
