Section 8 Housing Joplin, Mo- 180 unit complete remodels interior and exterior all phases plus site and infrastructure improvements. I had 3 individual projects in Des Moines, IA. in which 300 units where remodeled interior and exterior. In Houston, TX 180 unit project remodel interior, exterior and structural repair on the entire site. I also had all site improvements and infrastructure to complete. In League City,TX a 32 acre site that was cleared, all erosion control in place, hauled in fill for all building pads and roads to sub grade, installed all underground utilities and concrete paving and left the site ready to build on. In Austin, TX, I was on an existing site that was occupied. I had part of the site to remain occupied and the other part to be demoed 10 buildings, utilities relocated on the entire site before construction began. I built a total of 4 buildings 2 slab on grade and 2 buildings on a podium deck plus a 6 story parking deck poured in place for a total of 310 units.

Camden South Line – Charlotte, NC I was brought to this project that was 4-6 months behind schedule. I managed the completion of the entire exterior of the building including masonry, curb and gutter, concrete paving, asphalt paving, EIFS, landscaping, two courtyards including swimming pool, parking deck and supervised the interior.
