A large multinational company that provides seating, interiors and exhaust systems to most automakers worldwide. This facility supplied all the seating systems for the Chevrolet Malibu and Buick LaCrosse. This J.I.T. facility lost the contract with GM and was significantly downsized in July and eventually closed.

Quality Manager/ Management Rep (Contract position)

Responsible for all Product & Service Quality, TS certification and FES (Toyota Production System).

Reduced PPM from 157 to 4 PPM within 5 months.

Reduced internal scrap by 28% within 4 months.

Lead TS16949 recertification audit with only 2 minor findings against the plant.

Installed numerous Poka Yoke processes.
