The Welbeck Clinic - Dental Nurse 2012 - Present

My current role involves fulfilling all nursing duties as well as overseeing full stock control and

negotiating prices for all practitioners. I also co-ordinate treatments regularly, being the first point of

contact for new clients and assessing the correct guidance of new business to the appropriate cosmetic

dentist, talking through patient journey and treatment plans. I am in charge of writing referrals to

specialists and ensure I follow up each case to completion. I induct all new staff, organising and

delegating staff duties. I have also assisted in calculating dentist schedules and their remuneration.

Eastman Dental Hospital - Endodontic Nurse 2010 - 2012

Specialising in all aspects of Endodontics including Resorption, Resection and Apicectomy surgeries,

as well as undertaking New Patient and Review clinics. Undertake Periodontal nursing on a regular

basis including surgeries such as Root planing and Crown lengthening. Promoted within 7 months of

joining the Hospital to work chairside with the Professor of Endodontics. Trained new student nurses

to competency, providing continuous support and guidance. Performed complex procedures to an

exceptional standard alongside senior consultants, clinical lecturers and postgraduate students.

ADP Hayes/Yeading Lane Dental Practice - Dental Nurse - 2003 - 2010

as head nurse for three years where responsibilities included developing staff rotas, delegating duties
