I was reporting to the MD, in charge of Smooth & Efficient operation of the Dealership in terms of Sales & Service Operation managing a work force of 80 employees which includes Sales, Service and Back Office Team which includes Sales & Service Managers, Team Leaders, Sales Consultants, Service Advisors, Technicians, Test Drive Coordinator, Delivery Managers, Finance & Accounts team, RTO team.

Supervising the Day to Day operation

Ensure that the Sales Target in terms of Bookings and Retailing are achieved

Lanson Group is one of the largest Automobile Dealership Groups in India Head Quartered at Chennai, Tamil Nadu having 12 operating outlets with the Group turnover exceeding Rs.800cr with the employee strength of 1300 and sells New & Pre-Owned Vehicles, Accessories, and Spares and undertakes Servicing of Toyota vehicles.
