Operations Manager, Production Department. Supervised 8 Fuji SMT High speed production lines. Maintaining a work force of 40-50 employees, working 24 hours a day 7 days a week. This included but was not limited to customer delivery date requirements, WIP completion, and Fuji final inspection. This position also included all the normal manager responsibilities, interviews, yearly reviews, disciplinary action when needed, daily, weekly, and monthly reports to superiors.

3rd Shift Manager, Production Department: Supervised 5 Fuji SMT High speed production lines, 3 slide lines, and test and finale assembly departments. This included, but was not limited to, customer delivery date requirements, product flow, WIP completion, and Fuji finale inspection. This position also required all the normal manager duties, interviews, hiring, firing, yearly performance reviews, and disciplinary action when needed.
