PRODUCTION EXECUTIVE

Management - Hire and manage staff, manage operations and department budget, coordinate, bid, direct and produce multiple simultaneous projects.

Pre-Production - B udget development, scheduling, concept creation, storyboard creation, location scouting, hiring directors, photographers, crews, post production and production companies. 2014 – 2015: V P, Creative Production + Operations VH1 Creative and Consumer Marketing VH1 i s an American cable television network owned by Viacom Music and Entertainment Group, a unit of the V iacom Media Networks division of V iacom.

Broke down silos and introduced new structure and best practices to improve process and communication between the groups producing VH1’s marketing campaigns. Better teaming resulted in increased creative productivity and cost savings.

● Oversee and Manage VH1’s annual $24MM Marketing and Production budget.

● Manage teams of up to 40 full time and/or freelance people involved in live action, post production, project direction, design and animation, creative development, print production, digital/social ideation and execution.

Scratch is a creative team that drives innovation by channeling the power of Viacom’s creative talent, cultural force, reach and connection to its audiences in new ways. Scratch needed to better organize its staffing, work flow and process. Broke down silos to enable proper communication between the internal departments in order to maintain consistency creatively, strategically and financially.
