Responsibilities:

My responsibility for CONOCO BELIDA PROJECT STAGE II include liaison with fabrication main contractor project team, progress reporting and in house fabrication construction platform of piping inspection. Materials inspection of welding inspection saw to it that job done. Specification procedure and other relative standards international code, is a progress report in check works on-pre commissioning, for production platform. Where piping and equipment are installed, including approval and check hydro testing work on piping line, punch list and equipment, accordance with P & ID and Isometric drawing. For execute field inspection as per project quality plan, which involved in the field of monitored welding working for compliance against-relevant procedures as follow: Execute in process inspection of joint fit-up dimensional for conformity against drawing prior to welding. Execute final inspection of completed welds and arrange for NDE examination, review and evaluate test packages prior to hydrostatic and leak test. Ensure all the line equipment, valves, strainers, line pump are correctly installed relative to flow direction and orientation. Witness the hydro testing, flushing, and leak testing of valves, of the line system. Provide/suggest repair procedure for any welding that did not meet the quality level required by the code, review fabrication and general erection drawing of pipe spool and comment if 10

necessary. Do the line checking of pipes, punch listing on lines as pre test packages prior to hydro testing.
