Founder and Chief Operating Officer

- Run a credit repair and consulting firm. Including the accounting, marketing, sales, and processing.

- Give consultations with potential credit repair clients, giving them insights and direction for their individual credit situation.

- Processing multiple credit client’s repair programs simultaneously. Write legal dispute to be sent to the credit reporting agencies on the behalf of the client.

- Produce the follow-up tactics using consumer law and statutes to ensure accuracy of my clients’ credit history.

Hawkeye Management LLC – Bentonville Ar. (Spanning from April 2012- February 2014)

- Managed a team of people who process credit programs for all clients

- Design and enforce new procedures to adapt to lending environments to achieved ever growing financing goals

- Project manager of development for an interactive and adaptive calculator that would produce a projection of estimated funding amounts of a potential client. Satellite Communication Specialist

- My job was to start up a remote satellite communications post. I erected the antenna mast, installed antenna, checked and connected all cables, established connection, then maintained and guarded the site.

- During my deployment to Iraq my responsibilities included running my section's communications help desk, repairing radios, computer systems, and switching encryption codes for the entire post.

- I also regularly went on tactical missions such as security, personnel recovery, patrol, and IED security.

Office Manager

- It was my responsibility to make sure my employees were working to meet sales goals. I also met with potential clients assisting them in finding the value of an item to sell, which entailed the creation and design that was good for both company and client.

- Checking the website for sales or problems. Keeping up with dozens of accounts making sure that each case was handled correctly and that we followed through until the successful end of the sale.

- I was responsible for scheduling and payroll.

Skills

Public speaking

- I have done several speaking events. I have been featured as a speaker in a life coach seminar; I have done live on air shoots in Fayetteville for the public access channel; as well as speaking at a clinical hypnosis conference held in Fayetteville. In the military I was assigned training and briefing duties for groups in excess of 100 soldiers.

Customer Service

- Customer service has been the primary focus of all positions I have held. I understand the importance of customer service and enjoy providing it. When people leave happy I know it is because I've done my job well.

Computer skills

- I am familiar with most operating systems. I have basic trouble shooting skills when it comes to most computer problems. I'm also familiar with multiple Microsoft programs (e.g. Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
