Responsible as a Program Manager under the Technology Services division including the development and implementation of various engineering projects. Monitor and drive project performance by implementing project management best practices. Provide technical and analytical guidance to project team. Project Manager 2005 - 2007 The Boeing Company

Manage and direct the international pursuit efforts of the Future Combat Systems (FCS) Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (C4ISR) Integrated Product Team (IPT). Develop proposals, Statement of Work (SOW), Technical Assistance Agreements (TAAs), technical evaluations, BOEs, schedules, and processes for prime and teaming efforts with various international countries. Project Manager/ Subcontractor Technical Manager 1998 - 1999 McDonnell Douglas/The Boeing Company

Japanese National Space Development Agency (NASDA) Centrifuge Program (NCP) – Life Sciences Glove Box/Rotor – Manager of foreign supplied hardware for two international prime customers. Responsible for: Overall management, direction, and integration of subcontractor hardware from Dutch supplier. Managed the development effort across multiple disciplines including Boeing functional engineering teams, remote international subcontractor teams, business management and prime Japanese customers. Responsible for the design, development, build, specifications, Statements of Work, Basis of Estimates, proposals, system requirements, contract negotiations, design and payload integration, and technical evaluations for the program. Additional responsibilities include program reviews, hardware/software testing, risk analysis, budgets, schedules, meetings and testing of the subcontractor products for the customer. Conduct of weekly telecoms between Japanese customer and Dutch subcontractors with extensive international travel.

Lead Test Engineer 1996 - 1998 McDonnell Douglas Extravehicular Robotics (EVR) - Extravehicular Robotics (EVR) Lead Test Engineer for Boeing-HB robotics hardware/software including Director of test, test integration, preparation of test procedures and Test Requirement Documents (TRDs) for verification of robotics operations.
