Evaluate service contract requirements, prepare specs, bid, negotiate and manage vendor contracts

Oversee property construction and tenant improvements to include space planning review, bid review, and contract administration

Assisted in the design of the Owasso Campus and served as a liaison between Tulsa Tech and TCC
