Re: Entry Level /Electrical Engineer

Dear Human Recourses Coordinator,

I received my Bachelors of Science in Electrical Engineering in three years from the University of Illinois at Chicago in the fall of 2013 with a Cumulative GPA of 3.71/4.00.

From the very first weeks of attending the University of Illinois at Chicago, I realized that not only do I enjoy engineering, but I excel in it as well. I was involved in many extracurricular activities/groups including the University Chapter of the Institute of Electrical Engineers (IEEE), Community of Returning Oriented Student Society of Engineering (CROSSE) at UIC campus and the Engineering Council. All the activities helped me in building up my skills and establishing strong ties with the electrical engineering community.

Working with HBK Engineering has given me the chance to learn many things about the medium voltage system (4kv-34kv), beginning from designing process to permitting and even to construction. Looking for the best, easy, cheapest, and most reliable solution has been always the path I follow when working on a project.

I am seeking a full time position to utilize the skill set I possess. I am very interested in securing a position with your respected corporation. I have enclosed for your review a resume that briefly outlines my credentials.

I believe an opportunity with your respected corporation will allow me to utilize and improve my skills as an engineer and I believe I can translate that into success and become a valuable asset to the team. As demonstrated with my work experience, I am a team-oriented and goal-driven hard worker. I am capable of contributing in many different areas and a quick learner. I can pick up new subjects and tasks with ease.
