Providing daily onshore and offshore Health, Environment, and Safety expertise for multiple clients within the Oil and Gas industry. The latest project worked on was for Anadarko Petroleum Company managing the commissioning, drilling and completions of their fleet of ultra-Deepwater rigs in the GOM. Responsibilities include overseeing all drilling, coil tubing, fracturing, wire line and daily safety operations. Building and implementing JSA’s for operations, developing and conducting safety meetings and all job audits, performing regular rig audits, maintaining all waste tracking, incident tracking, STOP work program, performing atmospheric monitoring for confined space entry as well as for all hot work permitting, participating and leading incident investigations and performing training and weekly continuing education classes to current employees and new hires. In addition to the rigs in the Gulf of Mexico, responsibilities also included the involvement with the HES portion relating to the completion of current rigs in the South Korean shipyard.

HSE Consultant Marathon Oil Company

March 2009 – January 2012 (3 years 2 months)

Consultant for Marathon through Fishbone

Providing onshore and offshore HS&E for clients in the Oil and Gas industry. Updated the managers with daily computed HS&E statistics. Held daily and weekly pre job / toolbox safety meetings with management and the working crews. Actively participated in Behavioral Based Safety and the STOP card program. Provide job and location specific safety audits and reports. Inspected and audited H2S monitors and alarms. Conducted H2S training and fit testing. Implemented and established H2S contingency plans. Work experience in the Gulf of Mexico on the Noble Paul Romano for Marathon Oil Company. Current project is located in southwestern Pennsylvania for Range Resources designing and implementing a JSA and Safety meeting program, Consulting the safety and operations for all drilling throughout the southwestern Pennsylvania region division of Range Resources.

January 2007 – February 2009 (2 years)

Provide onshore and offshore HS&E for clients in the Oil and Gas industry. Update the managers with daily computed HS&E statistics. Hold weekly pre job / toolbox safety meetings with management and the working crews. Actively participate in Behavioral Based Safety and the STOP card program. Provide job and location specific safety audits and reports. Inspected and audited H2S monitors and alarms. Conducted H2S training and fit testing. Implemented and established H2S contingency plans. Work experience in Equatorial Guinea, West Africa on a deep water drilling project for Noble Energy on the Songa Saturn drill ship. Primary job was to oversee Songa Offshore HS&E department and see that they were staying in compliance to the agreed safety contract on the Songa Saturn. Commissioned new drilling rig M43 in Cuervo New Mexico for a Shell Exploration project. Latest project was working for Shell in the Rocky Mountain division as a lead HSE tech on site for drilling, completions, construction operations. Overseeing the rig up and rig down of drilling rigs along with day to day operations. Completion sites were dealing primarily with perforation and fracture, coil tubing, wire line logging and work over rigs Construction responsibilities included overseeing the preparations of new pads for the arrival of a new drilling project.
