Worked in the Gastroenterology/Special Procedures Department for over 16 years.

for temperature regulation. Monitored vital signs as needed. Glucose monitoring as

to RN with updates or when problems occur.

THORASIC & FOREGUT CLINIC (OCTOBER 2013---FEBRUARY 2014)

Oriented for an LPN position in this clinic to room patients for providers, obtain vital signs

and necessary data on EPIC chart, triage, answer phones and transfer calls to appropriate
