As supervisor of Schlumberger store team, M&S Coordinator I was involved to:

- Work with Russia and Central Asia countries (RCA) store teams

- Develop and execute a personnel plan to ensure all warehouse operations are adequately staffed, including recruiting, training and developing (succession plan).

- Lead all the efforts to develop a Material Management organization in RCA in compliance with the Materials

& Spares (M&S) guidelines and the Supply Chain Deliver Standards.

- Implement all warehouse related processes to ensure optimum and compliant warehouse operations: reception, issue out (including Field Materials Transfer (FMT), cycle counting, inventory, min-max planning, aged inventory management (slow moving stores), inventory stratification, and points of use.

- Define, implement and track on regular basis adequate KPIs reflecting the performance of the Material Mgt organization.

- Perform regular audits - visits to all operations units to ensure the above is in place and sustainable over time.

- Stay abreast of latest Best practices, policies, procedures and lean initiatives for their implementation in an effort to improve efficiencies, i.e. achieving the dual goals of meeting targeted operational service levels and reducing inventory.

- Training and ensuring that the store staff has sufficient knowledge and understanding Schlumberger inventory policies & procedures.

- Analyze of non-moved spares more than min 6 months in stores on locations, looking for the ways for sale of non-used spares.

- Looking for available M&S in the world, contact to senders, follow up with transfer of ones, FMT coordination between locations.

- Cost control of M&S consumption, M&S ordering, overstocking.

- RAN shipments arrangements and control, follow up urgent shipments from Product Centers, control of assets/M&S shipments between locations.

- Work with Product Centers, Suppliers, third parties, logistics.

- Follow up Assets delivery, set-up, work in Qtrac, Fixed Assets List (FAL)

- Work with supplier of rental equipment. Calculation of rent cost of local supplier's equipment, tracking PO, GR.
