Administered the System Development Lifecycle and budget controls of a BAE installed Nuclear Weapons Security System. Managed contracts of assigned contractors including hiring, qualifying and dismissing of technicians.

Managed a secure Ringdown Telecom system that connected 200 stations and 80 buildings. Project manager for the ripout 50,000 ft of copper wire and replaced it with fiber optic cable. 6-month project with a budget of $1.5 million.

Promulgated a training curriculum for 185 Alarm Control Center watch standers that reduced the amount of false and nuisance alarm rates by more than 85%.

Enforced strict procedural compliance through audits against standards to ensure proper and safe operation of the ESS vital to the Atlantic Fleet’s assets worth $2.5mm. Administered annual $600k budget for three divisions.
