Managed the LTE deployment project for the entirety of Mobily network, including arrangements for Enode-B RBS cell site acquisition, construction, equipment installation, test with transport/transmission, Core, VAS, and RF, integration, acceptance testing and takeover from vendors, and putting the cell sites into service.

Managed the Ethernet deployment for the 2G and 3G sites to be ready for the broadband LTE rollout.

Managed and led the project of putting contingency plans to bypass traffic from one site in the event of impending flooding by heavy rains. Managed the integration activities for the 3G/UMTS FOA (first Office Application) product of Ericsson with J-Phone Customer in Japan that culminated in the successful inauguration of Ericsson’s UMTS worldwide.
