MTech Project: DESIGN AND IMPLEMENTATION OF MIMO ANTENNA FOR LTE APPLICATIONS

Software used: Design using HFSS software

Operating System: Windows XP.

Description: The objective of this project is to design an MIMO Antenna using High Frequency Structural Simulator software for mobiles and handsets to cover dual LTE band for communication. The antenna is designed using HFSS software, fabricated and tested using anechoic chamber and network simulator at IISC Bangalore. The basic parameters of antennas is taken for consideration and most efficient antenna is designed and fabricated. The designed MIMO Antenna covers three frequency bands, which is used for radio broadcasting, satellite communication etc. The size and shape of the antenna is varied in HFSS simulator tool in order to achieve better results. The designed and simulated antenna has almost matching radiation parameter when tested practically.

B.E Project: TOUCH SCREEN BASED GRAPHICAL LCD INTERFACE USING ARM PROCESSOR FOR HOSPITAL MANAGEMENT.

Software : Keil mu Vision.

Description: The objective is to provide services to the patient in hospital by providing a user friendly interface through touch screen which comprises of basic need like water, tablet etc, which is in turn connected to PIC Microcontroller and transmitter at the transmitting side. At the nurse station the receiver comprising of receiver interconnected with ARM Processor and Graphical LCD module where the need is displayed on it and task is completed soon, Keil mu vision is the software used for programming in Embedded C language. At the Transmitting end the touch screen is interfaced with PIC Microcontroller and Embedded C language is used to transmit data from patient side to nurse station. Hence the time is not wasted by the nurse attending patient twice and also it reduces unnecessary burden on nurse.
