To Whom It May Concern:

This letter is my personal recommendation for Ryan Senff. Until just recently, I have been Ryan’s immediate supervisor for several years. I found him to be highly professional, tackling all assignments with enthusiasm, dedication and a perseverance. Besides being a joy to work with, Ryan is a take-charge person who is able to present creative ideas and produce prodigious benefits. During his appointment as one of my Senior Officers, we saw an astounding increase in profits over a short period of time. The new revenue was a direct result of the ideas and plans implemented by Ryan. He has also successfully introduced several training and supervisory ideas and plans for our agency that have resulted in higher employee agent retention and increased readiness and effectiveness. Though he was an asset to our training and retention efforts, Ryan was also extraordinarily helpful in other areas of the agency. In addition to writing effective training modules for our recovery agents, Ryan assumed a leadership role in meetings, inspiring and motivating other employee agents. I highly recommend Ryan for employment. He is a team player and would make a great asset to any organization.

Sincerely,
