2.Health Insurance Exchange (HIX), Premium Reconciliation

This project is Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW)-Premium Recon for Health Insurance Exchange (HIX) project (including the On-Exchange and Off-Exchange) for KY and NY State based Exchanges (SBE) States.

The EDW Premium reconciliation process comprises of two stages:

Premium and Cost Sharing Reduction (CSR) validations

3.Health Insurance Exchange (HIX), EDW Claims

This project identifies extracts and loads Fee for Service (FFS) Claim, Adjudication Details as well as WellCare generated records for SYSGEN (System Generated), A-Claim and Split Lines for Health Insurance Exchange (HIX) claims. Records and Values will be loaded into the EDW. This will make EDW a single source for Non-Operational Claim Adjudication Data to support analytics, reporting and downstream systems for Health Insurance Exchange (HIX) claims as well.

4.Florida Managed Medical Assistance (MMA) Expansion, Medicaid Premium Recon process in EDW

This project is to add a new reporting LOB FMC to existing operating LOB WMC and develop the process of Premium Reconciliation for members of FL Managed Medical Assistance program for State of Florida.

5.New Jersey Health First Expansion, Medicaid Premium Recon process in EDW

This project is to capture the requirements to add a new supplemental LOB NJD (primary being YMR) and develop the process of Premium Reconciliation for members of NJ Health First program for State of New Jersey.

6.CMS Part C Reporting, Grievances

The Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) has specific timeline requirements that must be met for compliance and the ability to conduct business. WellCare needs to report on certain elements as per CMS requirement for predefined reporting time periods.

This project will deliver metrics to Elements only defined in the “Part C Grievances” PCD.

7.CMS Part D Reporting, Grievances

This project is a Work Flow based application, which automates the process of booking and creating conferences, and managing different systems to support Video/Audio conferencing using the APIs of different MCUs and multiple types of Codec’s present at various locations around the Globe. Producer is the unit, which communicates with different Codec’s on different Networks, using the Communicator Library. Framework is the unit, which handles the database. Observer has to use the information provided by the producer for commencing and completing its tasks, also uses Communicator library to monitor these codec’s. Profiler is the tool which profiles the new Codec’s into the management and hence into the database.

2.Tandberg Management Suite (TMS) Integration

This project involves synchronization of available meeting locations between Symphony platform and TMS Scheduling system. This integration acts as a bridge between Symphony and TMS. Reservation data is kept synchronized so that when one schedules a meeting in TMS one can see the time blocked off for meetings that have been scheduled through the VNOC Symphony platform and vice versa.
