Achievements:

Reduced backlog of orders from 12 months to 30 days while increasing productivity by 40% at the same time

Over the past 3 years I have introduced Critical tooling and brought in house 30% of outside vendor tooling at a CI of $200K + each year

Introduced plan to refurbish 8 metal forming machines to like new condition over the next 18 months at a cost of $500k versus $3M for new.

Brought in house 2 stamping dies from outside vendors at a savings of $180K per year.

Oversee manufacturing and quality of all products for DGP Intelsius Global.

All distribution and logistics for North and South America – working with multiple companies throughout the world.

Achievements:

Through RFP process reduced cost by 28% on inventoried products. Signed vendors to new agreements to help reduce cost globally for raw materials.

Worked with mold designers on maintaining and design of new molds for global use.

Established operations in Brazil and Argentina. Took over operations in Peru, Chile and Mexico. Worked closely with India, Malaysia and the UK to sustain global pricing.

Tier 2 supplier to DPSS (Delphi) to all North American automotive parts suppliers.

Took over Delphi account in Plainfield from CAT Logistics. (8000 SKU – 10M pcs )

Orchestrated a hand off of the facility so that customer experienced no impact on service

Took on REMAN program from Kokomo (Delphi) in August of 2009. (9000 SKU – 19M pcs)

Reconfigured product layout to improve efficiency by 60%

Work hand and hand with logistics from Central America to ensure delivery for Delphi.

Tier 3 supplier to Toyota of KY, Nissan of TN and Ford of Chicago.

Achievements:

Implemented In-Line sequence for Ford Chicago production line that is mirrored globally at other AEL facilities now.

Configured facility to increase efficiency of put away and pick by 30%.
