Over the past 3 years I have introduced Critical tooling and brought in house 30% of outside vendor tooling at a CI of $200K + each year
Introduced plan to refurbish 8 metal forming machines to like new condition over the next 18 months at a cost of $500k versus $3M for new.
Brought in house 2 stamping dies from outside vendors at a savings of $180K per year.

Through RFP process reduced cost by 28% on inventoried products. Signed vendors to new agreements to help reduce cost globally for raw materials.
Worked with mold designers on maintaining and design of new molds for global use.
Established operations in Brazil and Argentina. Took over operations in Peru, Chile and Mexico. Worked closely with India, Malaysia and the UK to sustain global pricing.

Reconfigured product layout to improve efficiency by 60%
