going to consume it.
• Critically think to process information in a high level manner like understanding and explaining
financial statements.
Project Management:
• Experience with initiating, planning, executing, controlling, and closing projects. I adhere to the
Project Management Institute model of managing projects.
Business Strategy:
• Cognizant of managing finances by knowing exactly where the business is earning and
spending cash. This awareness helps us to ensure that financial records are kept in order and
allows us to make more intelligent business decisions.
Risk Assessment and Management:
• Deploy a risk management system in projects and orientate it to the progress of the project and

In lieu of up-front contingency planning and risk analysis, it is imperative that the critical path
activities (a function of time) be scheduled correctly so that, if the project requires, a tool like
Time Impact Analysis can be used to evaluate potential impacts to the schedule for acceleration
or delay.

Managed, directed and coordinated 19 commercial horizontal and vertical construction projects simultaneously up to $100,000,000 for the Department of State (DoS) Regional Embassy Office, Department of Defense (DoD), and the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) by coordinating the activities of a 150 man team with diverse cultures to include: engineers, reverse osmosis water purification unit operators (ROWPU), carpenters, plumbers, painters, electricians, welders, generator operators, concrete finishers and heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) contractors.
