Responsible for the management of the IS part of a web-based portal consisting of 6 sales and inventory applications. The portal exchanged data with SAP CRM and a datawarehouse.

Provided a focal point between the vendor and the business team by working with the offsite vendor and the business project leader to exceed business expectations.

Delivered a new dashboard application which provided a user-friendly front-end to the other applications in the portal. Delivered on time and within budget. Worked closely with the vendor to create the project plan, SOW, the Requirements document, the system test plan and the Operation Plan for the new application.

Supported the business project leader in identifying, prioritizing and scheduling Maintenance and Enhancement system releases via the Change Management system.
