Description:

The project is a production support project and is a show-piece for the entire Cricket. Cricket has many

ERP instances along with several non ERP applications including Business Objects Data Services (BODS)

as an ETL tool. This project involves development and supporting of many production instances and its

relevant quality/testing/development instances.

Carried out the following activities:

Data Modelling.

Prepare low level/technical design document from functional specification.

Implementation of the designs by developing ETL jobs.

Providing proper test specifications in order to cover all possible positive and negative scenarios.

Providing tactical solutions to address various problems and to provide automated solutions to repetitive manual activities.

Investigate Live issues which primarily include cases passed down from second line support team, those requiring in-depth analysis.

Development support provided at the time of all major and micro deployments and lending extended Post-Deployment support till the system stabilise period.

Case studies on anomalies reported in business critical scenarios, evaluate the functionality, feed back to design and liaise with designers for a viable fix/workaround.
