I am a dedicated RN with a proven track record of success. I am interested in applying for a Nurse Practitioner position. I successfully completed my FNP program from an accredited Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner Program with high GPA in October 2015. Serve as a new graduate RN focusing on preventing cancer, caring for individuals with cancer and their families during diagnosis and treatment, caring for cancer survivors, and providing care at the end of life.

12/2002-11/2004, Cleveland Clinic in Cleveland, OH

Work with patients who are admitted to Cardiac Care Unit (CCU) administrating different cardiac drips. Care for patients following STEMI, step-down post coronary artery revascularization, heart valves repair or replacement. Assisting doctors with common medical procedures and therapies performed in the unit such as arterial, central venous, and pulmonary artery line placement.

Complete timely assessment per practice guidelines for patients with peripheral vascular disease. Care for patients post peripheral artery bypass or graft. Perform wound care alongside vascular surgeons.

Work in Progressive Care Unit (PCU) with cardiac and stroke patients as a team leader. Monitor patient’s neurological status with potential or acute stroke and provide psychological support to patients and family.
