Coordinated complex projects, supervised construction efforts, authored testing programs, and oversaw the commissioning and acceptance testing for multiple Dual Activity Drill Ships (12,000 ft capability). Worked collaboratively with team members and key partners to streamline processes and achieve operational objectives. Worked closely with MPD equipment manufacture, approve installation procedures, wrote commissioning procedures for systems and commission system during acceptance testing after delivery from shipyard.

Major Accomplishments - Worked in the office planning drilling campaigns in remote locations including Tanzania / Gabon / Equatorial Guinea. Lead the drilling team during operations while focusing on technical limit drilling and rig optimization to successfully drill the wells ahead of schedule and under budget. Prior to the Tanzania campaign, worked on a dynamically positioned drill ship (Deep Venture) with 4500 ft water depth capability in Gabon and Equatorial Guinea, West Africa. Drilled wells using the first surface BOP on a drill ship to extend water depth capability.
