Secondary packager of Pharmaceuticals and similar products. Maintenance/Facility/Security Manager - September 2015 to January 2016 Grand Rapids, Michigan Facility

• Directed maintenance operations over a three shift 24/7 operation. Added four additional mainte- nance staff to assist in minimizing machinery downtime and bring department to budgeted num- bers. Insured all monthly equipment and building PM’s were completed “on time” to help minimize equipment downtime.

• Hired three additional facilities staff members to keep facility to an audit ready condition. Created and hired facility supervisor position to insure facility compliance for future audits. Set up weekly facility tours documenting ares of concern for immediate corrections. Set-up procedure to insure all required facility/regulatory documentation were completed on time. Implemented an on-line based forklift daily inspection that would allow for followup on any issues noted, including completed re- pairs.

Plant Manager - November 2014 to September 2015

Columbus, Ohio Facility

• Directed all day to day operations of the facility. Successfully completed new product launches for our largest Ohio customer. This included increasing staff from a single shift operation, to a three shift, 24/7 facility by adding temp staffing and temporarily adding employees from Grand Rapids facility. Corporate EHS Manager – January 2012 to November 2014 Directed all corporate EHS functions including all reporting to governmental agencies.
