Holiday Inn & Suites Rogers @Pinnacle Hills Move the hotel into the top 30 of Holiday Inn’s out of 800 of Guest Satisfaction. The hotel increased revenue for 2011 250,000 YOY. 2011 Hotel Excellence Award Winner. Increased Revenue over $500,000 YOY.

Comfort Suites Bentonville We were able to make great strides in maximizing revenue where we increased revenue YOY $170,000. October 2015 we sold 2 more rooms but made $30,000 more in room revenue.

COMPUTER SKILLS

Advanced understanding of Microsoft Office including: Word, Excel, Outlook, Publisher, the Internet & knowledgeable in Windows and Macintosh operating systems. Adobe Acrobat. Working knowledge of payroll systems such as ADP software and Quicken.
