#1. Private Client Order Entry – Global Wealth & Investment Management (Apr 2011 – till date)

Description: It is the part of Order Management & Services Technology (GOMT) is responsible for the order entry and processing systems servicing both the domestic and international Financial Advisors and Direct Clients. Orders are processed for Equities, Mutual Funds, simple and complex Options, Money Market Fund, Buy Writes, Fixed Income, TRAKRs, Precious Metals, Unit Investment Trusts, new issues (IPOs) and listed Corporate and Convertible Bonds. Clients can place, track, cancel, and modify orders. We also have the capability to plan and manage trades years in advance Our user base encompasses the world, with users from Asia Pac, EMEA and the Americas.

Order entry systems are integrated in WMW, GFW and new RCC workstations to service financial advisors and traders across the globe. We are also present in several web platforms like ML Direct, ML On-Line and MLX, which services direct clients and traders.

Description: Portfolio+ is the new Financial Advisor Discretionary portfolio management platform which provides comprehensive portfolio management and trading capabilities. MAA Portfolio Management Platform is a key initiative to implement a new Firm Discretionary Portfolio Management Platform for Managed Account Advisors that will replace the current Fiserv APL platform. #4. ICICI Lombard – Group Insurance Framework (July 2008 - Oct 2009)

Description: A configurable framework was developed for ICICI Lombard GIC Ltd. to enable them to manage their Group Insurance Business over the Internet. Group Insurance Framework is an on-line application developed for ICICI Lombard, allowing it to offer its insurance products to various groups (Jet Airways, Kingfisher, Air-Deccan, Ezeego1, Travel Boutique etc). The framework is currently consumed by Group Overseas & Group Domestic Travel products. It consists of 2 core solutions

• White labeled: This component exposes a rich user interface enabling customers to buy insurance on-line. This component is customized in terms of navigation and style as per the partner specification allowing user to have a seamless experience.

• Bundled: This component exposes the insurance issuance functionality in form of various web services. These web-services can be consumed by partner applications there by tightly integrating the framework with partner application.

A partner can choose any or all the components depending upon the agreed business model. Entire framework is configurable there by providing rapid integration and plug & play model.

The modules developed were

• User Interface to gather customer's travel details.

• Premium Computation based on various input parameters like Region of Travel, Class of Travel, Age, Plan Chosen and Trip duration.

• Integration was done with various Credit\Debit Card payment gateways(ICICI Bank for Visa/ Master Credit Cards, AMEX) supporting 3D-Secure Transactions and Net banking(Bill desk), allowing customers to purchase policy using these payment options.

• Issue a digitally signed policy certificate on-line to the customer, which can be printed and used as a valid document.

• Custom gateway to provide secured access to various on-line services using WSE 2.0.

• Serializing and Transformation layer to integrate various partners with ICICI Lombard’s Insurance Engine.

• Web services to collect travel data and issue the policies.

Description: Working for eChannel Team. eChannel is an on-line application developed on the Dot Net platform, facilitating Insurance transactions (Purchase, Renew and Endorsement) for the customers through the web on a real time basis, thereby enabling them to manage their insurance portfolio effectively. 1. Overseas Travel Insurance:

This module helps customers buy Overseas Travel Insurance Policy on-line over the internet. Overseas Travel Insurance Policy is for all ages between 1 – to 85 years, covering trips from as short as 7 days to 180 days.

Multi-Trip Plan is specially designed for the frequent international traveler. The policy is valid for 1 year covering as many trips of 30 or 45 days as the maximum duration per trip.

The modules developed were

• User Interface to gather customer's travel details.

• Premium Computation based on various input parameters like Age, Plan Chosen, Cover Chosen, and Trip duration.

• Facility to save the quotation on-line and access at a later time.

• Compare various plans on-line.

• Extend or Endorse the policy on-line.

• Allow customer to purchase policy using various payment options like Net Banking, Credit Cards, Cheques and Drafts.

• Issue a digitally signed policy certificate on-line to the customer, which can be printed and used as a valid document.

Extension, Endorsement and QC Modules:

Extension and Endorsement modules allow customers to change policy details like Insured Details, Plan, Sum Insured Amount, Policy Duration and also other details. Depending upon changes the module:

• Adjusts the premium and modifies the policy issued, appropriately.

• Generates an Extension or Endorsement request and forwards the same to the operations team.

QC modules allow operations executives to approve or reject Extension and Endorsement Requests depending on business rules defined for the same.

Depending upon the acceptance of the above, the Refund modules generate refund requests from where the refunds are released.

2. Renewal Of On/Off-line Policies Module allows customers to renew their Home and Health Insurance Policies (which was purchased on/off-line) on-line.

The modules developed were

• User Interface to allow customer's to renew their policy.

• Allow customer to purchase policy using various payment options like Net Banking, Credit Cards, Cheques and Drafts.

3. Policy Dispatch Tracking System:

This system tracks the delivery status of policies that various courier companies are responsible of delivering to the customer. The solution designed, helps the Operations team and the customers to track the policies by using e-mail and Short Messaging Services (SMS). Internet Tracking allows ICICI Lombard customers to query and obtain policy dispatch status information via its web site. Bulk printing facility was also provided. Reports were generated for the same.
