the loaders would manually load all merchandise onto the retail trucks. I

At Dupont, the finishing area received roles of material and it traveled
through a dryer, while chemicals were placed on the material and dried. The
end result of this process is where we had to cut the material and this
process was called slitting. We did lab testing on this material and I
oversaw the laboratory as well. After everything is tested and checked out,

Operations Supervisor, Ingram Book Company - 1995 - 2004
While at Ingram I oversaw different areas: picking, automated sortation

As a Supervisor, we were taught to treat our department as a business. So
we controlled budgets, cost, labor and how important teambuilding is while
holding employees accountable and recognizing them as well. I started at
Ingram as a picker, and then quickly became a lead in our newly automated
sorter department. Shortly afterward, I was promoted to a Supervisor.
