IT Project Manager 11/2012 – Present - Sunesys

I was hired as a project manager to work with the IT department. Organized the group’s projects, defined and implemented a project process, Created proper documentation and set up reporting structure. I Implemented SharePoint portals and set up lists, and collaboration portals utilizing SharePoint Server. I implemented a waterfall project management methodology with a modified agile programming methodology to stabilize the open projects and begin documentation of the new projects. I created SharePoint Lists to support production, allowing them to continue work when BNW rollout failed. Was asked to review and document communication inconsistencies discovered in customer communications and production processes. Documented Processes and created a solution for more consistent communications dubbed the E-mail Generator for US and UK Communication efforts. I was asked by Production to review processes for inefficiencies and process control issues. I was able to create technical solutions that resolved their issues, reduced costs and gave them reporting capabilities. I continue to work with groups throughout Yellowbook new corporate structure to identify and propose solutions that align with the new corporate goals and objectives. Consultant - 05/2008 – 08/2008 – Paragon/ Merck & Co Inc. I came on board as a consultant to fill a position at Merck & Co., Inc. as the solutions manager for a specific situation. I managed projects specific to an Implementation of SharePoint and some proprietary applications. I provided Documentation and a Change management plan due to the ever changing project priorities and requirements. Utilized in house methodologies for managing Risk, and Stake holder’s expectations along with a communication plan to disseminate the information as it came in. Interactive Project Manager – King of Prussia - 02/2008 – 04/2008 – Lorél Marketing Group I came to Lorél as the Interactive Project Manager for their newly formed Interactive department. I was in charge of managing projects, vendor relations and Account executive and client expectations. Shortly after coming on with Lorél they experienced a slowdown of work in their department and since I was the last hired I was the first to be let go.
