Billing system is a Bridge between order entry system (OES) and Accounting System. DG Fast Channel will do digital distribution which are called Spots or commercial Distributions. Billing System also deals with service complexity that is some commercials have 30 seconds, and some 60 seconds duration when we charge we will evaluate different attribute of commercials such as destination, what method we deliver using ftp, satellite, and offline. Each approach or method to deliver is some methods are expensive and some are cheaper we need to evaluate. Also how many destinations it has to be delivered. Example. Coke ad should be delivered to different destination including India also.

Some Customers may want to combine all orders into one invoice which is called consolidation of invoice. Some Customers are Billed Daily Basis which means one invoice for all orders in a day, Weekly Basis, Monthly Basis This is called order consolidation. Any one method is chosen by a customer. And some customers take invoice for each order. Customer can take pending orders, completed orders and various other reports.
