Assisted Marine Force Commands and Special Operations Command with the identification, development and refinement of bottom-up and emerging Joint and Marine Corps capability and C-IED requirements. Supervised identification of concept and solution development programmatic plans in accordance with Joint Capabilities Integration & Development Systems (JCIDS).
Headed and facilitated weekly meetings with stakeholders on status of applicable program. Provided programmatic updates via SharePoint on material solutions while maintaining liaison with applicable internal capability integration divisions, Joint Improvised-Threat Defeat Agency (JIDA), Marine Corps Systems Command, Directorate of Financial Management and other external agencies to verify and validate development and delivery of requirement solutions, on time and budget, for urgent warfighter needs.

Planned, executed and supervised the Joint and Combined training of Marine Expeditionary Unit Air Combat Element from composition of forces, through patrol, and to decomposition. Planned and oversaw the logistical embarkation/debarkation and reception of personnel and equipment and ensured host nation logistical, operational and training requirements were met while ensuring compliance with international law.
Developed an annual/monthly/weekly aviation and ground training plan for approximately 450 Marines. Planned and supervised the squadron Flight Hour Program consisting of over 5000 flight hours of training for over 80 pilots and 100 Aircrew on four different helicopter types based upon Training and Readiness Manuals, Mission Essential Tasks, Marine Corps Orders, and Naval Publications.
Integrated squadron Weapons and Tactics Instructors, Special Operations Training Group, Army 1st Special Forces Group and MEU Recon to provide realistic mission scenarios for pre-deployment training to include: top-down/bottom up Visit, Board, Search and Seizure, Helicopter Rope Suspension Techniques, Parachute Operations, and direct action missions.
Planned, directed, supervised and participated in humanitarian assistance during Operation Tomodachi .

SE Asia Exercise Officer / ATO Production Officer
Planned, budgeted and integrated Joint and Combined exercises with Korean military for the distribution of forces and capabilities for over 200 Marines during two Ulchi Focus Guardian exercises and one Key Resolve Exercise. Created and maintained liaison with Joint and Korean leadership to ensure seamless insertion of Marine Corps assets into the Theater Air Tasking Order (ATO). Successfully managed the production of multiple ATO’s consisting of over 200 daily Marine Corps sorties during several demanding exercise cycles. Additionally, validated through after action reports the merging of Marine Corps ATO shell into master to eliminate the requirement of co-locating assets during ATO planning.
Planned, budgeted, coordinated and integrated with Australian military the lay down and billeting of 1st Marine Air Wing forces in Australia for Exercise Talisman Saber. Coordinated with country teams to ensure airspace deconflictions and in addition ensured proper clearances were filed for arrival and departure of US aircraft during the exercise time frame. During exercise execution, planned and managed ATO cycle and ensured it’s dissemination to all commands including the Amphibious Readiness Group.
Planned, coordinated, supervised, budgeted and executed Exercise Talon Vision and Phiblex for 1st Marine Air Wing. Organized and reserved all modes of transportation and billeting for Initial Planning Conference and Final Planning Conference to and from Philippines for all participants. Planned, scheduled and briefed events to US and foreign participants. Scheduled exercise events and reserved appropriate training areas. Dynamically retasked Marines and equipment while in transit from Japan to Manila to assist with typhoon clean-up effort one week prior to kick off of exercise. Upon completion of Humanitarian Assistance, assets were absorbed back into exercise with minimal impact.
Acted as 1st Marine Air Wing liaison in the Joint Forces Air Component during humanitarian assistance operations in Burma.
