Receiving Clerk

Received and uploaded incoming material, compared information on packing slip with purchase order to verify accuracy of shipment. Notified Sales and Production personnel of product location and status.

Verified the completeness and accuracy of product codes, quantity, weight, signatures and dimensional requirements of steel, nickel and various metals with C of C and MTR‘s that accompanied the product. Notified Third Party Processors and Venders if documents were incorrect.

Lead and trained employees performing incoming duties to ensure traceability was maintained.

Q.C. Inspector/Document Control Clerk

Prior to internal, external part movement or final release to customer; I warranted NCR’s were closed; traceability applied accurately and all related NDE reports pertaining to the part were accessible and correct.

Created Internal Material Release form to identify parts location within the process. Ensured the Production Order and Tracesheet were complete and legible. Informed inspectors, operators, planners and project managers of discrepancies on documents or parts prior to Final Release to Document Control and Customer.

Confirmed the correctness of Vendors Travellers and Certificates of Conformities were intact. Performed internal SAP electronic transactions to Supply Chain Management.

Accurately scanned and filed NDE Inspection reports so all qualified individuals had access. Certified the NDE reports corresponded with the Production order and notified the Inspectors if corrections were required.

Quality Control Inspector/ Receiving Clerk

Responsible for creating and maintaining logs for measuring devices within the Inspection Lab for CNC Production Shop.

Located calibration vendors to perform testing and ensuring all measuring devices were traced, tracked and calibrated with visible and verifiable marking of certifications.
