Summary;
Over the past 35 years I have operated many types of machinery, both manual and CNC, Surface grinders, Blanchard grinders, milling machines, from knee mills to horizontal boring mills, to lathes, both horizontal and vertical. The CNC machines that I have operated are Agie wire EDM, Fadal VMC, Cincinnati 209 turning center, Mori-Seki SL-603 turning center, B&S validator (Manual), Okuma HMC, and Makino V56 & V77 machining centers with Pro V controllers. Most recently I have been working as a Fabrication Engineer overseeing and orchestrating the maintenance and repair of 12 high speed fin dies, 12 vertical coil expanders and 8 horizontal hairpin benders in the home heating and air conditioning manufacturing field.
