Responsible for the maintenance and service of Wartsila products.

Responsibilities include:

Perform service maintenance and trouble shooting on Wartsila engines.

Overhaul engine components in workshop and at site/on board.

Identify failures, making adjustments, perform trial runs and testing of engine installations.

Provide internal and external reports as well as site audits.

Inspect and overhaul connecting rods, pistons, turbocharger and cylinder heads.

Renew compensators, HP fuel pipes, and inner parts of injector holders.

Complete overhaul and service Wartsila Sulzer 8RTAFlex.

Renew and inspect main bearing, camshaft bearings and crankpin bearings.

Overhaul thermostatic valves, check function and renew if needed.

Inspect driving gear built-on pumps after the first 4,000 running hours.

Rebuild fuel injectors, remove nozzles and test.

Replace crankshaft sealing and exhaust valves.
