I have designed innovative safety solutions to meet corporate goals and visions. Develop, implement and oversee safety and fire protection initiatives for production and engineering activities related to seismic operations. Identify and minimize business risks and liabilities by assessing site /company compliance with health/safety regulations. Maintain ongoing liaison with local, state and federal regulatory agencies. Evaluate and oversee subcontractor safety and health programs for onsite activities. Direct all accident/incident investigations.

Developed and instituted policies and procedures that maintained OSHA Recordable Incident Rate and LostWorkday Case Rate at less than 50% industry average over 2-year period.

Instituted, trained and managed Vessel Fire Response Team, as well as an effective Medical Emergency Response Team which is identified as a Best Practice initiative within Seabird.
