Global Business Process Owner for Vendor Master through PO creation for a Global business process rollout project to Latin America, Asia, Europe, at AbbVie, a large Pharmaceutical company.

As Associate Partner at IBM was the Integration Lead, at Caterpillar, for the successful development of a global template and rollout at pilot locations using onsite and offshore resources in a $180 M project

As integration manager, at Caterpillar, successfully integrated the process developed by all process oriented work streams and also integrated SAP Solution manager with ARIS seamlessly that enabled the development of business friendly process oriented demos and documentation

As Program Director, at Cognizant, successfully managed an Order to Cash Implementation and Support, at Kimberley Clark, using an onsite, offshore (India) and near-shore (Buenos Aries) delivery model. Managed over 225 resources in USA, Argentina, UK and India. This was integrated with their existing SAP and other legacy applications. Turned around this troubled engagement by modifying standard onsite, off-shore model with one more responsive and suitable for the customer resulting in improving First Time Quality from 20% to 99% in a 3 month period and going live on schedule
