Staff included six managers, 75 account representatives and eight support personnel. • Facilitated the transition from Sprint Long Distance business unit to Sprint PCS business unit implementing new policies, benefits and compensation structures.

• Designed recruitment strategy that resulted in the hiring of 140-customer care advocates within a 4- week period.

Jacksonville Industry Liaison Group (JILG): in addition to membership, served a two-year appointment as Co-Chairman of the Planning Committee.
