Logistics Clerk / Production Planning 2010- 2015 Lilydale

Responsibilities include: Invoicing, Assign tasks to employees, Product coordination. Provide driver’s with the content paperwork and knowledge on how to maintain their quality. Answer calls, coordinate times and routes for delivery drivers same as all related customers. Secondary duties also called for providing assistance to production with inventory for the demanded orders of the day. Production planning and supervising (acting).

Accomplishments: I created a program using Excel to keep better track of shipments, which has allowed us to cut by 10% the number of loads we required as well recuperate Chep skid rental costs.

Quality Assurance auditor 2009- 2010

Responsibilities include: Ensure that all stages of production meet strict process control, help production workers and supervisors troubleshoot issues as they arise as well as brainstorm solutions and preventative actions. Part of my duties also includes processing reception of materials before their usage, data management as well as help create better process control to meet Igmac’s strict guidelines.

Accomplishments. Implemented a standard training policy for production personnel that reduced waste at the end of the line by about 15%.

Responsibilities included: Operating the extruder required constant eye keeping for optimal performance ensuring high standards of product quality.
