Responsibilities:

Analysis of Requirement for Test Case Creation with Business Analysts following

This group of applications in CIA project allow in unifying the multitude of diverse legacy customer identification method into easily understood and used reference source. This group of applications consists of CDR ( Customer Data Repository), SDR (Strategic Data Repository), MOCHA ( Management of Customer Hierarchy Assignment), Central Repository of Emails Management for the Enterprise and others. This group is also called CIM Core.

Responsibilities:

In addition to Team Lead role, Performed and Co-Coordinated System Test Execution for CDR (Customer Data Repository) and SDR (Strategic Data Repository) at Offshore.

CDR: CDR is DB2 data base running on the UNIX. It consists of customer data and it has layers of applications, Data Stage and Quality Stage which are run in order perform hard match and soft match process to create a unique customer. There are multiple sources of data being fed into these applications.

SDR: SDR is Data Store and resides on EDW (Enterprise Data Warehouse). The Data sources for SDR are both internal and external systems to CIM core. The data in SDR is processed by running JCLs on MVS system.
