Developed Radio Interface Layer (RIL) driver code (coding in C++/Win32 APIs) for audio features during calls such as audio streaming, volume up/down, mute and speaker functionalities.

Involved in software testing for Motorola CN620 WLAN product to develop various APIs in C/C++ for network switching between GSM and WLAN that implement SIP protocols in embedded Windows CE environment.

Received Motorola BRAVO (prestigious Motorola Internal Award) award for the successful deployment of internally developed Motorola tools for WM products.

Developed Autohop application for WM hopper (Stress) testing. The application disables all emergency dialing, disable data connections settings, and disable Master Clear and Master reset to prevent the stress test to stop in the middle of the test. (Coding in C++ OOP)

Developed FocusHop application, which is primarily run hopper stress test on a chosen application instead of the system stress, to ensure catching all memory leaks and bugs before it goes to the system stress testing.

Technical Lead for Motorola Windows Mobile Logo Test Kit certification project at Motorola, which includes developing test, plans, test tools, organizing weekly triage meetings with Microsoft management teams, project review analysis and produce periodic Dashboard reports.

Project lead for the National Software Testing Lab (NSTL) certification for Windows Mobile products across Motorola which includes working with service providers (AT&T, Verizon, China Mobile, etc.), developing submission process criteria, pre release testing guidelines, meeting shipping deadlines for service providers and post release process analysis by implementing DMAIC methodology of Software Quality Six Sigma.

iDEN protocol Test Engineer and TTCN (Tree and Tabular Combined Notation) Test Suite developer for iDEN Layer2/Layer3 tests.

Create test suits for iDEN product features such as A-GPS and encrypted Push to Talk.

Work with IOT engineers of different carriers and provide them support for verification and validation of third party products on iDEN platform.

Work with development and field test teams to reproduce SW issues at iDEN lab and provide support to resolve SW defects.

Duties include managing internal operations of the iPTE lab that includes lab maintenance, train new personnel, updating progress of test results to product team leads, and SW release teams.

Work closely with development teams and carriers/third-party vendors on stop-ship issues and provide test execution results and solution for timely product shipment.
