-I have been working since April 2015 at Putra Medical Centre,Kedah as a staff nurse. It’s privilege to work in a trust, and with a team of professionals, for whom quality and excellence is a priority. Every day brings new challenges but I get immense satisfaction from knowing that we have the resources and professionals available to give people the best care possible. Nursing was always a career. i was given the encouragement to start my career.

-Able to make basic skill such as universal precautions, admission, positioning, vital signs, care of decubetes ulcer, oxygen therapy,care of patient fever and last offices

-Changes positioning to others position such as supine or lateral to prevent decubetes ulcer and makes patient comfortable with.

-Get experiences how to care the patients regarding their diseases.

-Able to make dressing, injection ( subcutaneous and intramuscular ), and given medication

-Care of patient with respiratory disorder such as asthma, upper respiratory infection (URTI).

-Care of patient with gastrointestinal disorder such as ca colon, appendicitis, colostomy and others

-Care of patient pediatric, medical and orthopedic patients.

-My first experiences to see a delivery, bathing of baby, giving immunization and care about mother antenatal and post natal.

-Using the skill to help patient in emergency case.

-Can make CPR, taking blood and put branula into patient for giving medication and run drip.

-Be a scrub nurse during orthopedic surgery under LA ( local anesthetic ) in Operation theater.

-Implement patient care for up to 8 patients per section.

-Care of patient with psychiatric disorder such as schizophrenia, bipolar and others
