Study the drum card and calculate the core point, die and embossing text for the cables. Operating experience in most advanced extrusion lines from Nokia Maillefer /Rosendahl Technologies.

Experience in insulation, Bedding and Sheathing processes of Special Cables.

Setting up the anti-termite, master batches in the bins, preheating the main material in the hopper for required temperature.

Adjusting the pressure of hydraulic input and output caterpillars. And load drums in payoff and take up.

Provide proper flow of water in trough to cool the cables in the run.

Check all the sensors and controls of the extruder for its proper working.

Set temperature control of heaters according to type of material to be extruded.

Adjusts controls to regulate speed of cable travel,and temperature of extrusion die to make sure sheath of uniform thickness.
