Job Description

Job Description

Assigned as Night Duty Property Manager to manage, plan, supervise, monitor, coordinate and report the physical, environmental, technical (Mechanical, Electrical, Fire Protection, Civil/Architectural and Plumbing/Sanitary Equipment Status, System Operations and General Maintenance) and security conditions and all activities and operations updates of the property/complex facilities for the central properties of the commercial business group

Previously assigned as the technical & safety Auditor in the Quality Assurance Group as part of the immersion program as Property Manager Trainee. Ensures and monitors the Property’s compliance with regards to ISO and APMC standards.

Previously assigned as the Sr. Building Engineer at UP AyalaLand Technohub complex that is considered as Mixed Used Property (Clusters of 11 BPOs and 1 Retail Buildings with 1 Central Utility Building) located at UP Diliman Commonwealth Avenue, Quezon City. In-Charge of coordination with suppliers and contractors for the regular Preventive Maintenance of all the equipment (e.g. chiller, generator set, low voltage switch gears, transformers, pumps, cooling towers, elevators, etc.).
