A hardworking and loyal candidate with over 20 years experience as a machinist. My experience, skills and training includes a wide variety of experiences in multiple types of machine shop and manufacturing environments. BACKGROUND AND SKILLS

Programming, set-up, operation, and repair of mills, lathes, drills, automatics, CNC

and manual equipment.

Maintenance, repair and rebuilding of CNC and manual equipment.

Supervisory and managerial experience including staffing, staff and production scheduling, training and education of new and entry level employees. Completion of various types of documentation.

Strong leadership abilities.

Specialized many years in the production and manufacturing of printing bases

and industrial rollers.

Scouting, selection and ordering of tooling and equipment (including large machines).

Troubleshoot equipment and machines, and rebuild machinery and equipment.

Installation of new machines and equipment.

Coordination of production and scheduling, as well as maintaining production across multiple departments and coordinating between multiple customers, companies, and suppliers.

Ordered equipment, materials, safety supplies and equipment, tools, raw material

and machine tooling.

Efficient and safe production of superior high quality parts within very tight, critical tolerances.

Utilization of all tools within shop environment including, but not limited to: micrometers, calipers, gauges, overhead crane, forklift, hand tools, etc.

Clean and maintain equipment and an organized and safe work environment.

Able to read and interpret blueprints, work from layouts and dimensions, and develop plans according to written and verbal instruction.

Die making experience.

Solid welding experience.

Solid shop math skills.
