Description : MASCOT (Material Support & Control System) is a Material Management System. Supports Inventory management of parts required by mechanics to fix faults. Does management of some 200,000 types of aircraft spare parts. The main objective is to support the business as a whole from the aircraft part plan to material control across ANA group of companies and maintenance headquarters. This is done by migrating current MASCOT system from Hitachi Mainframe platform to n-tier open system.

Responsibilities:

Test case preparation for Online, On-batch, Batch and Subroutine functions in various phases of STLC.

Test case execution for Functional testing and System Testing.

Functional walkthrough, Test case Review were conducted.

Legacy system analysis and documentation was done.

Knowledge sharing on business process, legacy functions and "Quick start up" Gadget was developed and shared to the new comers.
