Experience in trouble shooting, start up, shutdown job & preventive / corrective maintenance, Maintenance activities like servicing, Replacing, Calibration and continuous checking of all type Field Instruments, controlling software in the systems, Instrumentation standards & codes, Instrumentation specifications, control schematics and control room .

Honeywell and ABB 800XA DCS, air compressors (Make: Atlas copco), Control valves (Make: Forbes marshal,Mill control, precision controls and pneucon valves), Flow meters (Make: yokogawa,forbes marshal), Pressure and level transmitters (Make: ABB, Seimens and Rosemount and yokogawa), Thermocouple (Make: Wika and Nutech Engineers) and Pneumatic Ash handling system also Familiar with various makes of Electronic instruments and pneumatic and Hydraulic Instruments, Conversant with instrumentation for process units.
