I am goal oriented nc programmer who has over 21000 hrs of usage of Unigraphics CAD/CAM V18, NX1, NX2, NX4, NX5 with/without Team Center and over 1500 hrs Catia V5, V6 with/without Enovia. I also have some usage of MasterCam. I use Vericut up to version 7.2 extensively. In addition, I utilize Thirdwave System Software to improve cutters life and optimize machine process time. Also, I apply several Bell Standard applications along with available window software to generate, verify, and prove out NC programs for all 3, 4, 5 axis milling machines. I create 3D solid in-process models. In addition, I model tooling fixtures and cutters for stimulation process. I work with tool reps and tool application engineers to research and implement new cutting tools. I utilized my unique experience background to determine appropriate applicable cutting tools best used for each job application in according to materials like titanium, inconel, heat treat steel, stainless steel, aircraft aluminum, and several other different types of materials. I am familiar with GE, Mazak, and Siemens controls. I processed complex helicopter gear box cases with closed geometric tolerances. I have good typing skill plus effective communication skill. I’m competent with Microsoft Word, Excel, and other common Window software.

Setup machine shop from ground zero, duties included: buyer, planner, NC programmer using Master Cam X7, and operated Haas vertical 5 axis machine.
